Our rental fees vary from vehicle to vehicle it really depends on the year, make and model of the car. We offer a minimum of weekly rentals ranging from $199.99 to $300.00. These amounts include taxes, insurance and a service fee.
There are no long-term contracts. You can keep the vehicles for as long as you want and return it anytime after your first seven days.
You get paid driving for Uber or Lyft. You are only required to pay Thrive Ryde a weekly rental service fee.
Yes, you must be at least 21 years to reserve a rental via Thrive Ryde.
Thrive Ryde offers unlimited mileage on all rented vehicles so you can use it for personal use.
Once you have successfully scheduled a pickup, you’ll receive an email notifying you to select a vehicle available and schedule vehicle pick-up.
Once you successful scheduled pickup, you’ll be required to pay a refundable rental deposit. After deposit has been received you’ll an email confirming your vehicle reservation and pick up location
You’ll receive an email weekly to complete a vehicle inspection and renew your rental. You may opt to renew or cancel your rental. If you opt to renew rental you’ll be charged a weekly rental fee. Your rental will be automatically renewed for 7 days.
You may return the vehicle anytime within our normal business hours by simply calling 833.303.3666 to schedule a drop off. Alternatively, you’ll receive an email weekly to complete a vehicle inspection and renew your rental. You may opt to return the rental. If you opt to return the rental, you’ll be notified with the vehicle drop off location.
You’ll receive a paper copy of your rental agreement from Thrive Ryde during vehicle pick-up.
You’ll have to take the vehicle to our listed partners on our booking agreement for routine oil changes. You won’t be charged for routine maintenance.
Go to our branch where you picked up the vehicle. If the vehicle cannot be driven call us at 833.303.3666 to report the damage. You won’t be charged for damages if it is not your fault.
Safety first, make sure you and your passengers are okay. Call 911. Irrespective of who is at fault, contact us at 833.303.3666 to report the accident. Secondly complete our accident form. So we can better assist you, please have your driver’s license ready, gather the insurance information of everyone involved, and make sure you take photos of all four sides of your vehicle to properly document any damage. If vehicle needs to be towed call 833.303.3666 for Roadside Assistance.
