Refueling

Drivers are responsible for replacing the gas used during the rental with the appropriate fuel (i.e., regular, premium, or diesel). Similarly, drivers are responsible for recharging electric vehicles before returning them.

Car Wash

All vehicles must be returned in the same condition to car owner. All cars must be washed and cleaned before returning it to owner.

No Smoking

Drivers and passengers are not allowed to smoke in any rented vehicle.This smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers.  We take reports of smoking very seriously. If the smell of smoke, vaporized substances, or aerosol fumes is reported within 24 hours of a trip end, the guest may be subject to a fine (contingent on a cleaning receipt and a review of supporting documentation) and potential removal from the community.
